Booking Your Hunt
To Book a Hunt:

Complete the hunting application.

Select a date.

A $2500 deposit is required to reserve your date at the time of booking.

Within 60 days, an additional $2500 is due.

When a Trophy Hunt is paid in full at the time of booking, you will receive a 10% discount from the cost of your hunt. (Bronze Class Hunt not included)
Fair Chase Hunting Without the Risk

The $5,000 deposit to book is deducted from the cost of your hunt. This reserves and secures your date.

If you need to change your reservation date and a new date is available within the same season, an additional $1,000 will be charged in addition to your deposit. This helps cover the cost of your guide and staffing, since this date was reserved exclusively for you and they are scheduled for you. If you need to change your reservation and there is no availability on your schedule or the QH schedule within the same season, your deposit CANNOT be transferred to another season; it will be forfeited. This is necessary because the date was reserved for you, and other hunters could not be scheduled on that date. It is important to keep the date reserved for you.

If, for some reason, you do not have the opportunity to harvest a buck, you can transfer your deposit and come back another time to hunt, and you will not lose your deposit.

Hunts are 3 to 4 days and are fully inclusive: the buck you harvest, lodging, food, one-on-one guide, field prep, airport transportation to and from University Park Airport in State College PA, hunting permit, everything except a tip for your guide is included in the cost of your hunt. We do ask that you tip your guide because they work for tips. There are no additional or hidden costs.

Hunt prices depend on the category of Whitetail buck that you harvest and begin at $6900. Additional non-hunting guests may accompany you for $300 per day to cover food, extra staff, and lodging costs.
